Spray a small amount to clean, dry hands (but not drrrrry hands, just not wet) and blend evenly over the tops of hands and fingers. Avoid palms. Wipe palms with a baby wipe after application (in case some of the spray grabbed your palms)—or use a brush if you’re fancy. Build as needed.
